All real estate transactions involving the sale or purchase of a share at Hermit Lakes Recreation, Inc. must follow the community’s membership requirements.
Before any sale is finalized or ownership transferred, the prospective buyer is required to submit a New Member Application for review and approval by the Hermit Lakes Board of Directors.
Please note: Submitting a New Member Application is mandatory prior to closing.
A share purchase does not guarantee membership unless the application is approved.
Agents are encouraged to contact the Board early in the transaction process to ensure a smooth and timely review.
